MonitApp

Serprest are pleasant to announce the release of MonitApp new
version (1.1).

The MonitApp is a windows application to monitor remote computers.

Don't loose control of your computers. Knows when some hardware component
disappear (ex: a memory chip, a cd-rom, etc) or when someone install a
peace of software. Don't loose former employees still have access to your
network. In one word: Control

This application allow you to have updated hardware, software (includes
Microsoft patches) and user accounts inventory in a transparent and
automatic way.
The new version fix the problem with office 2000 and provides a new
functionality to scan the network looking for computers in your
domain(s).

To start monitoring your computers now you only have to:
Download and install it.
You will receive by mail a 30 days key (after that you can get another 30
days key).
Next you can configure what you want to have under control (ex: CPU model
and speed, installed memory, Hard drive free space, CD-ROMs, user
accounts, installed software, etc) and monitoring period. See getting

After that configuration, when you want it, you can open the associated
excel file and you will see not only the present status of your computers
as well the history of changes.
On target computers (windows NT, windows 2000, windows XP professional)
you don't need to install any agent. Only you have to do is to install and
configure it once in the computer monitor.
