BackRex Software has released BackRex Expert version 1.0, a Windows utility that let IT support people allow backup their users' Windows system custom settings and customizations. BackRex Expert will save customizations of Microsoft Office 95/97/2000/XP suite, settings of Outlook Express and Internet Explorer.
BackRex Expert works with all versions of Microsoft Office, including the latest Office XP release of Access, Excel, Word, FrontPage and Outlook. The program also save all important data stored in Microsoft Outlook profile including contacts, scheduler, mail folders, notes and tasks. BackRex save windows custom settings and customizations (also known as user profile), such as desktop layout, mouse cursors schemes, sound schemes, regional settings, etc.
