B Labs releases new versions of Bopup line of communication and instant messaging software.

Moscow, April 10, 2003 - B Labs, a provider of proven solutions for instant messaging and network communications, announces the releases of Bopup Communication Server 1.3, Bopup Messenger 3.3 and Bopup Observer 2.3, the latest versions of B Labs's award-winning solutions
for user management, instant messaging and data exchange for Windows servers and workstations.




B Labs's instant messaging software is complete communication solution for
small medium-size and enterprise businesses. The products also have silent installations for easy remote setups and administration.




Bopup Communication Server


Among Bopup Communication Server's new features, version 1.3 provides offline message transfer, user and Network Group management.




Network Groups are common names on a local network, supported by Bopup Messenger and Bopup Observer. Using Network Groups, users can send messages to all computers and users which are included to a specified Network Group.




Now administrators and network managers can create new groups, rename existing and include network users to them. Network users automatically receive network groups which are assigned for them.




All operations are transparent for end-users. User receives all data from a server independently from computer name where he is currently logged.




Bopup Communication Server also provides message transmission. It saves and delivers instant messages if recipient is not currently available on a network (is offline). All messages that are assigned to a specified user
automatically transmitted to user from the server when he appears online.






Bopup Messenger 3.3


Bopup Messenger is an instant messenger that enables you to communicate with other users connected across the same local network.




New version of the product introduces a new level of functionality, possibilities and security. It has improved user interface, emotions (smileys) support, enhanced Message History and reliable file transfer interface.




Key Features of Bopup Messenger:



User can also view advanced details about any user, computer on the network or incoming message, such as computer name, logged user name, domain name,
MAC and IP addresses.




Bopup Messenger supports Bopup Communication Server and receives Network Groups list. It also can send and receive messages through the server.






Bopup Observer 2.3


Bopup Observer can only receive messages and files over a local networks. It's features include emotions (smileys) support, Network Groups, Ignore List, Message history, viewing advanced details on message, Bopup Communication Server support.




Bopup Observer is designed for those network administrators and managers, who want to allow users on a local network only to receive messages and files without an ability of sending.
