As a TPA member you will do your best to:

Treat your customers in a courteous manner.
Respond to customer concerns in a timely manner.
Test your software adequately to ensure it contains no program bugs.
Adequately document your software.
Design your software to be easy to use.
Design your web site to be easy to navigate.
Avoid Adware, or at the very least subscribe to the "The Code of Backchannel Conduct".
Generally ensure your company representatives conduct themselves in public with a courteous professional manner.
